Pricing questions

The things people ask before they sign up.

Because we actually do the setup. We build your booking calendar, design and build your website, import your existing clients, write your reminder messages, set up your review flow, and walk you through everything live. It’s not a sign-up form it’s about a week of real work. The setup fee covers that, once.

Three months minimum, then month-to-month after that. The minimum exists because the stuff that genuinely changes your business (review counts, rebooking rate, fewer no-shows) takes a few weeks to show up. We’d rather you stayed long enough to see the difference. After three months, 30 days’ notice and you’re done no fuss, no hidden cancellation fees.

One credit is one text sent to a client, whether that's a confirmation, a reminder or a rebooking nudge. Most solo groomers use 200–400 a month, so 500 credits is plenty on Essential and 1,000 is more than enough on Growth. If you ever go over, an extra pack is £15. We’ll tell you well before you’re close.

Any time. Upgrade from Essential to Growth and we’ll switch you over the same week, no extra setup fee. Downgrade and we’ll pause the features you’re dropping at the end of your current month. Easy.

That’s what the free demo is for. In 20 minutes, we’ll show you exactly what your version of the platform would look like your services, your prices, your tone of voice in the messages. No card details, no obligation. If it’s not for you, no harm done.

We focus on solo groomers and small salons, usually 1–3 staff). If you’re running more than one location or have a team of five-plus, get in touch and we’ll have a chat it’s usually still doable, but pricing might look slightly different.
