Honestly, no. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this. We set everything up for you and walk you through the bits you'll actually touch, usually the diary and your client list. Most groomers are up and running confidently in under an hour.

About 7 to 10 working days from the moment you say yes. We need a quick call to get your services, prices and opening hours, then we build everything: booking system, website, reminder messages, the lot. You don't have to lift a finger until the handover.

There's a 3-month minimum so we've got time to actually show you a result. Getting reminders, reviews and rebookings flowing properly takes a few weeks to bed in. After that you're month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

Not at all. If you've got a spreadsheet, a paper diary, a Booksy export, or even a notebook full of names, we'll get them imported as part of setup. Your existing clients start receiving reminders and rebooking nudges from day one.

No problem at all. We can either rebuild and host yours (most people prefer this, the new ones load faster and look sharper), or we can leave your current site alone and plug the booking system into it. Whichever works for you.

You message us. A real person, usually the same person every time, gets back to you normally within the same working day. On the Growth plan we also have a monthly 20-minute call so we can spot anything small before it becomes a headache.
